Our Wildcats Cheer Program is a developmental program open to all skill levels.
Team work and spirit emphasized!
Sideline cheer
Sideline cheer includes two practices per week and one game on Sundays.
(D Squad may occasionally have a weeknight game, but most games are on weekends.)
Game Schedule:
• Mites: 10:00 AM
• Midgets: 11:30 AM
• Pee Wee: 1:00 PM
• D Squad: Schedule TBD
Games may be home in WB or away, with some travel to locations on the Cape.

Competition Cheer
Competition is an additional program with a separate fee (details will be shared at a later date).
• Each squad will participate in 3 competitions on the following dates.
10/24/26 • 11/7/26 • 11/14/26
• The week leading up to each competition is a “Red Zone Week”
• This includes additional mandatory practices
More detailed information will be shared by the Cheer Coordinator once teams are finalized.
All athletes must register for sideline cheer first.
Ages
What aged players are appropriate for this program?
Sideline Cheer - 1st Grade - 8th Grade.
The Cheer program eligibility is based on grade not DOB.
When
What time of the year does this program run?
Cheer season begins mid August and will go through the end of tackle football season.
Where
Where are practices and games typically held?
Practices are held at WBMSHS & Howard School. All Home games are played at WBMSHS
Practices
When are practices and how often are they?
Cheer will practice 1-2 times per week and have games on Sundays.
D Squad cheer is mainly Saturdays with possible games during the week and possibly some Sunday home games.
COST
Sideline $225
There are two option for your registration fee: Payment plan* or Pay in Full
*The second payment installment will be automatically withdrawn from your original method of payment on 7/1/2026 If this second payment bounces a fee of $50 will be charged.
Extra Costs
What costs beyond registration fees should be expected?
In addition to the registration fees, all athletes are required to purchase their own all white cheer shoes and no-show socks. Links will be provided by the Cheer Coordinator.

Do Cheerleaders travel to Away Games??
Yes! Our cheerleaders add so much to game day and participate at both home and away games.

2026 CHEERLEADING
Cheerleading Registration for the upcoming 2026 Season
We are requiring that a parent or guardian for each player registration volunteer at least 2 times during the season. We have had issues in filling spots over the past few seasons.
We are still one of the cheapest programs in the OCYFL but we need parent volunteers in order to stay that way and to successfully host home games.
